The
Library
The Library and
Reading
room are spread over 2000 sq.ft. with individual and combined work-stations.
The Library focuses on university prescribed books as well as a large
number of current reference books. The Institute subscribes number of
periodicals and journals which provides an ideal reference ground for
research level studies. The library is fully computerized using the
LibSys Software. Book bank facilities have been initiated and is running
successfully providing essential academic support to the students.

Two Computer Labs
Trinity Institute of Professional Studies has a well developed computer
lab, with a one to one student machine ratio. Latest Pentium-IV processors
have been acquired by the Institute. The computer lab also serves as a
nodal centre for networking the entire campus at relevant points. Latest
software, printers, UPS, LCD Projector and co-operative laboratory staff
provides uninterrupted functioning at the nodal
computer centre. TIPS has made outstanding efforts to make its students
tech savvy by being ahead and anticipating the changes beforehand.

Audio Lab
TIPS believes to expose
the students with hand-on experience of latest equipments having ultra
modern technologies which is backbone for the success of the students of
Journalism. It is having Audio lab
with NUENDO 4 Audio Production System, YAMAHA O1V 96 with 32 channels Audio
Console, Cassette recorder, SHURE microphones outdoor voice recorder and
other accessories. Here students get upgraded with professional atmosphere. |

Video
Lab
A special environment is created for imaging, editing, and designing.
There is Video production Studio and post Production studio having latest
cameras (Sony PD170, Cannon D1000, Nikon FM 2) and post production
softwares(Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier Pro). Here students produce
news programs, like bulletins, anchoring, guest interview, panel
discussion; short films and documentary using professional lights and
accessories.

We have fully equipped sound proof Audio-Video & Editing lab for students with Video-switcher,Mixer,Audio Console,Lighting ,high quality cameras and IMAC setup in editing suite which enhancses our students skills to work in industry ahead.

Other Teaching Aids
The classrooms at TIPS have been thoughtfully designed to provide a
stimulating learning experience. They are spacious, well lit and air
conditioned. The classrooms are also CAI (Computer Aided Instruction)
enabled. Every classroom has been equipped with wall mount Multimedia
LCD Projector to enable
teachers to make full use of
the modern teaching aids. Lectures are usually delivered with Power-Point
Slide Presentation with the help of Laptop.
